David Powell, a native of Western North Carolina, knew right away that he wanted to pursue a career in healthcare and serving others. After working in the Mission emergency department and completing PA school, David dedicated his professional life to Urgent Care, where his kind demeanor, procedural expertise, and meticulous attention to detail became his hallmarks.

Driven by a passion for comprehensive wellness, David founded Echo MedSpa. This venture came after his training in aesthetics. Dr. Anna, also trained in aesthetic injections, has been his Supervising Physician in the urgent care space for many years as well as with his aesthetic practice. David embodies a philosophy that internal beauty is paramount, yet he understands the positive impact of aligning one's external appearance with their inner self-image.

A poignant example was his first client, who, after receiving Botox therapy, confidently cut her bangs, overcoming years of self-consciousness.
